preserved building excellent spa good service
i found a building that seemed very well preserved from the 16th century. the spa seemed excellent. the service was good and the staff was helpful.
i think a minor issue was that the gym only had limited equipment.

Excellent Spa Retreat

spa facilities peaceful escape
i loved the really good spa facilities. i found a wide array of treatments and spaces designed for pure relaxation. the outdoor spa garden offered a peaceful escape with ample sunshine , i appreciated the attentive service in the spatisserie, especially the mediterranean chicken dish. i also enjoyed sitting in the window seat of a morning looking across the lawn drinking my coffee.
The ev charging point was difficult to use. i had to ask for assistance, and even then, the staff member struggled to resolve the issue.

The mayflower brasserie offered excellent menus and service. alex, the supervisor, was helpful and friendly. my happy birthday was acknowledged, a lovely touch. The team even knew about my wedding there.

I enjoyed the professional hotel team. The team was friendly too. I noticed the hotel and spa were clean. The hotel was well maintained. I appreciate the excellent breakfast and dinner service. I thought the cuisine was out of this world.
